Our team has extensive experience in manufacturing for small and large comapanies that have supplied to major retailers throughout the UK.
Donna is the founder of The Taste Creators. She started her culinary career at the famous Betty's in York, before moving into Food and Drink Manufacturing covering both project management & food development.
Her career has taken her from the fish industry supplying Waitrose to Cakes & deserts & soups & sauces for M&S as well as alcoholic, ambient & chilled beverages. which include flavoured water, RTD pre-mix cocktails using whisky and Gin & health/protein drinks to name a few.
Along the way she has trained at Campden & Chorleywood in sensory evaluation, product sourcing, process development and nutritional analysis.
Donna is passionate about working with start-up businesses & entrepreneurs to make their products a reality.
Dave is a qualified Chef & Food Technologist who graduated from Sheffield Hallum University with a BSc Hons in Food Marketing. He has worked with major retailers for the past 18 years. Prior to this, Dave worked as a chef in Michelin Star restaurants in the UK.
Dave is also Co-Founder of Smith Street Coffee Drinks & El Toro a Spanish Tapas Restaurant. He has experience of start up businesses and developing new brands.
His expertise lie with chilled & frozen Ready Meals, Breads, cakes, dairy and dairy free drinks and desserts. fruit juices, flavoured waters, milkshakes, tea & coffee based drinks, glucose beverages & Ginger Beers
Dave is a well traveled foodie
Patrick was born in France & brought up within a culinary family whom owned bistros and restaurants in the Alsace region of France. Partick first apprenticed in Switzerland before moving to Cote D'.Azur to fulfil his passion for lighter seafood-based dishes before heading to the UK to start work as a Development Chef for major retailers.
Patrick has specialised in fish, meat-free & vegan products & Asian & Oriental dishes.
Patrick is always available for hands-on collaborative demonstrations and workshops
